Step by step instruction
Little tips which may help you:
-Only character from 4th level up can recieve bouquets
-There must be only one grass in the bouqeut, nomatter how many flowers it contains
-Bouqeut can consist only from one sort of flowers
-Amount of flowers in bouquet can be only 1-3-5-7-9-21 
-You can send bouquets even to russian FC 
So there are couple things you should remember if you want to make the bouquet:
First - every bouquet should contain one of present grass (see following table)
Second - you can buy a vase  it'll make the bouquet last 3 times longer (if you want to put your bouquet in a vase you should do it while you assembling the bouquet, just add vase as one of the components to the bouquet)
Third - This is very important!!! When you are assembling a bouquet you should put all components at the same time, you can't add something later!
Now we gonna assemble a bouquet STEP BY STEP
Step 1 First you need to get to the flower shop. It's on Scarecrow street
Step 2 Then you should deside what flowers you want to present. When you did it, you are buying the flowers you want (amount u want)
grass for bouquet (see following table)
and vase (if you want)
Step 3 Now we gonna assemble the bouquet. Just add flowers you bought, grass, and vase if u bought it.
When you add everything, one more time check everything and then press "Assemble bouquet". If you do all things right u will see the same inscription:
Step 4 And now we are going to present the bouquet. Press button "present bouquet".
And here u should write down the name of recipient, and some words you want (it will be seen in chars info). Also you can choose how do you want to present the bouquet from your own name or from name of anonymous.
Step 5 Voile! You did it right!!! And the bouquet is send)))
Now u can enjoy observing it in your friends info!!! Well done!!!
